dc.description.abstract To understand the impact of a fresh food and produce incentive program on the overall consumption of fruits and vegetables, cardiometabolic health, and dietary and physical activity behaviors among elderly and/or disabled, chronically ill residents living in the Detroit Fitzgerald community. The project also has a secondary aim to identify strengths and weaknesses in program efficiency, strengthen community partnerships, and offer recommendations for future program sustainability. en_US
