Abstract:
At some point in time someone, some group, or some thing decided that change ought to
appen. Typically these [somes] do not, or did not, take into consideration the future consequences of these changes, and left lasting scars in the built and social fabrics of many places around the world. This thesis begs to ask the question of “what ought” as we look back into the past, see the present, realized that a pattern exists, and look forward into the future for a more equitable management of change.
