Detroit’s City Planning and Development Department, partnered with local community development financial institutions and philanthropic supporters, has targeted several areas of the city as models of neighborhood revitalization. As a geographic area of study this team selected the neighborhoods and commercial corridors stemming from the intersection of Livernois Avenue and West McNichols Road in Northwest Detroit en_US
